The Madras Law Journal, continuously in print since 1891, is undoubtedly the oldest law journal in India and its reputation has travelled beyond frontiers. In compiling this work, the topics have been re-arranged in alphabetical order. It introduces cause titles and equivalent citations in respect of cases covered in this volume.
